A credit toward ongoing support: Eligible customers who begin a qualifying recurring Allied Watch plan within 30 days of a Home Safety Walkthrough may receive a $150 plan credit.

Home Safety Walkthroughs

  • Home Safety Walkthrough — $425

    Most standard Home Safety Walkthroughs take approximately 90 minutes. Larger, two-story, or more complex homes may require additional time.

    Includes photos and a prioritized written home-safety plan. A practical starting point for understanding visible safety concerns and everyday priorities.

  • Larger / Two-Story Walkthrough — $500

    An extended walkthrough for homes of 2,000+ square feet or two-story homes when additional time is needed. Includes photos and a prioritized written home-safety plan.

Recurring Services

  • House Watch — $199/month

    One scheduled monthly House Watch visit, with updates for the customer and/or authorized family member.

    A visit summary is normally provided the same day, with urgent concerns communicated as soon as reasonably practical.

  • Weekday Check-In Calls — $229/month

    Brief scheduled human check-in calls Monday–Friday, with agreed retry and named-contact escalation procedures.

  • Daily Check-In Calls — $299/month

    Brief scheduled human check-in calls seven days per week, with agreed retry and named-contact escalation procedures.

More Support, One Monthly Bundle

  • House Watch + Weekday Check-In Calls — $389/month

    One monthly House Watch visit plus Weekday Check-In Calls (Monday–Friday).

    The House Watch visit summary is normally provided the same day. Summaries are shared with the customer and/or authorized family member.

    Save $39/month compared with purchasing both services separately.

  • House Watch + Daily Check-In Calls — $449/month

    One monthly House Watch visit plus Daily Check-In Calls (seven days per week).

    The House Watch visit summary is normally provided the same day. Summaries are shared with the customer and/or authorized family member.

  • Repair Labor — $115/hour. Minimum charges may apply depending on the work.

    Same-Visit Small Fix — $95
    About 30 minutes of minor approved work while Allied Watch is already at the property. Parts extra.

    Grab Bar Installation
    One: $175 · Two: $275 · Three: $350
    Labor assumes appropriate backing/studs. Hardware or special conditions may be extra.

    Lever Handle Installation — $45 per door
    Two-door minimum. Hardware extra.

    Night-Light / Bulb Pack — $95
    Installation/service for up to six approved night lights or bulbs. Parts extra.

  • Leak Sensor Setup
    Two points: $125 + hardware
    Four points: $175 + hardware

    Household Sensor Setup — $95 + hardware
    Setup of an approved leak, temperature or similar household sensor. This is not continuous monitoring.

    Project Coordination — typically $250–$500
    Coordination of an approved outside contractor or larger household project. Final price depends on scope.

  • Customer-approved parts, hardware, bulbs, batteries, sensors and other job materials are billed separately as applicable.

    Allied Watch accepts card payments securely through Square. Recurring plans are billed through Square according to the Customer Service Agreement.

    Repair and installation services are offered only when Allied Watch is authorized, appropriately insured and permitted to perform the work. Work requiring a licensed trade may be referred to or coordinated with an appropriate licensed contractor.

    Applicable prices and service details are confirmed before additional work is authorized.
